- We will not take contracts against Descending Angels staff members. EVERYONE else is fair game. Please do not take staff participation personally. It's their JOB.
- Clients are assured confidentiality ONLY when dealing directly with me (Kenosha_Vamp). I am the only one who will know who requested the contract unless you choose to go public. No one (including Descending Angel staff) has access to client information.
- Confidentiality can not be guaranteed if client discusses the contract with the general public or any other Descending Angel staff members besides myself.
- We will not accept a retaliation contract unless you have the name of the vampire you want hit. Telling us to put a contract on the one who put one on you is not going to work.
- Confidentiality does NOT cover designated number of hits, to zero or a specific amount of blood loss. If asked by the target, those will be disclosed.
- We do not allow contract buy outs no matter how much you offer us, so please don't ask. We wont sell out a client because we are offered more money from someone else.
- Out of fairness to our targets, we will not re-contract someone for a minimum of 60 days after a contract has been completed on them (even if it is a different client requesting it).
- Contracts must be paid in full before contracts begin.
- Payments may be made with pawnable items as long as the PAWNED amount equals the contract price.
- Additional funds may be required to complete the contract if the target necros. If an additional payment is not made before the available funds are used up, the contract will end when they are.
- Canceling or lowering the number of hits are the only changes that will be allowed once a contract is in effect. We will not add hits once the contract is active.
- NO REFUNDS if purchaser cancels the contract. (If Descending Angels can not complete your contract - due to fault of our own or an act of the RB God, a refund for the unused portion of your money will be arranged.)
- Tele's, Sprints, Succours, etc. are not included in our contract prices. Unless you choose to put a deposit on the (estimated) usage of them, Descending Angels staff are not required to use them.
- We will take contracts on a first come first served basis. Depending on staff available and active contracts at any given time, we may have to complete a contract already in progress before we start yours.
- Necro funds for Descending Angels staff are not required, but donations for such are welcome.
- If you are being hit by a Descending Angel, it does not necessarily mean you are a target. Most of our attacks are the result of a contract; but some are the result of personal, family or outside clan business. If you are in doubt, please ask a staff member.
