Decorating

Since joining DA, Arianne had not even had a chance to make her office presentable or organized. This was not the first impression she wanted to make. Ari got caught up in the jobs that were offered when she came to work her first day. With one contract down and another not quite finished. She took the opportunity to change the empty office.

Returning home, she grabbed a few items and made some phone calls. Ari set things finally in motion to have her office at the DA looking like one. Furniture arrived along with Ari and her box or two of stuff she would be using there.

She had the men in the delivery truck bring the desk, bookcase, and the table and a few chairs into her office. She instructed them where to put everything and waited till they left to make her own final touches to it.



Now her office looked like it was meant to. Ari smiled and sat in her chair, finally able to relax.

The windows of course were not reflecting or shielding the sun, for it never shined in the city. Instead, what people saw was a mat finish painted in the panes to emilate sunlight. to give the room warmth and a lightness. A lamp was places so it shone onto the windows to hightlight the sky paintings. Arianne wished that it could be real, for she liked the view very much.
